KIT envisions a world where inclusion is the norm, not the exception because children with disabilities, complex needs or challenging behaviors have the right to meaningfully participate in their communities.

Mapping the Challenge

KIT needed a better way to communicate exactly who they are, what they do, and, most importantly, who they stand for - what better way than to ask? Only problem is their staff is spread all over the country as coaches. How do you showcase the diversity of a national organization? You go to where their people are. KIT is home to inclusionistas, so there was no way we were putting them all in the same studio for a shoot... so we hit the road.

4 locations in 4 different states in 4 days. Would we recommend it? 100% if this is who you get to work with. We brought a lean crew to allow for adaptive on-set changes as we turned office chairs into podiums for the voices of this incredible staff.

KIT's Brand Anthem is engaging with both full time and volunteer staff to make sure that every advocate to come in contact with KIT knows exactly what they do and who they do it for. Scaling volunteer bases can be the truest form of two steps forward, one step back, but with a clear human-centered solution, KIT started jumping.
