Q: Knowing this challenge was a little outside our wheelhouse, we asked ourselves – what makes someone comfortable thinking about life when they're gone?

A: According to the Funeral and Memorial Information Council, 74% of people who pre-plan their funeral do so to alleviate the stress on friends and family after they are gone.

Determined to get out of production in a graveyard, we wireframed a script that made end-of-life planning the natural next parenting step.

Vintage video was curated to trigger the target's memories of spending a lifetime looking after their kids. 

• Stoping them from going to far
• Playing lifeguard at the pool
• Picking them up when they fall

By evoking feelings of protection and provision associated with raising a family, Dignity was best positioned to advocate for planning to protect loved ones in the future.
