Pivot is Modular Medical's tubeless insulin delivery system, built on a simple premise: insulin pump technology shouldn't be reserved for the few who can manage its complexity and cost. Founder Paul DiPerna, the inventor behind the first Tandem Diabetes pump and holder of 70+ patents in diabetes care, set out to make pump therapy work for everyone still relying on multiple daily injections. Pivot is single-button, tubeless, and built for real, everyday life.

We shot the series live action and on location in a real home, not a sterile studio, so Pivot would feel like something that fits into everyday life rather than a piece of medical equipment. DiPerna's founder story carries the emotional weight and the credibility, while the how-to videos break Pivot's operation down into simple, approachable steps. Custom motion graphics drive the product explainers and walk viewers through the mechanics, no tubes, one-button dosing, easy onboarding, so the "how it works" moments stay clear without slowing down the human story around them.
