Data, economics, market research, surveys... the words can start to sound monotone (in our head voice) even as we type them. So what makes RDN such a great place to work?

Rather than make a single piece of content that tried to highlight it all, we broke it down into 4 separate deliverables - each targeting a specific demographic and niche. We covered the surf breaks, the downtown office, the nearby mountains and the endearing history of the company all while keeping target audiences in mind.

We chased electric bikes with gimbals in cars, caught sunrise on top of La Cumbre peak via drone and furnished an office space to make our talent comfortable all in the name of personifying the RDN experience. Don't get us wrong, this is a good life here in Santa Barbara, but we really brought out all the stops to make this one happen!

By virtue of using specific solutions for each of their challenges, RDN now has content for each of their targeted needs. Their website is no longer static, their recruiting platforms have a real life employee showcasing his day to day and the HR department can rest easy knowing the legacy of the company is in tact as the ownership structure becomes an ESOP.
