A rapidly ascending company finds a way to scale it's culture alongside it's processes.
Prevost Construction - part of Skyline Construction - provides construction solutions for life science, healthcare and retail clients all across California.
Every company in the world touts a 'great culture', but employees are transitioning jobs more than ever before proving that’s not the case. So, how do we showcase a culture that IS worth touting? It's not what is written on the office walls and sent out in company memo's that defines a culture. It's the people that actually live it every day!
We unpacked this story on-site and right in the thick of the process. Working on the job site to capture authentic interviews rather than just pointing to polished final products gave us the opportunity to find where the Prevost culture really shines - building environments for people to flourish. Heavy equipment, flashy tools and the coolest office known to man made a beautiful backdrop and accent to the main characters of this brand anthem.
We didn't want to fill this story with traditional corporate jargon that every other company uses - Prevost really feels different. We captured their M.O. up close and personal. This group is like a family, so bringing all different voices to the table seemed fitting. Culture gets lost in corporate jargon, but lasting companies and cultures that move people find a voice by giving one to their people.
This project helped bring their team together during a critical transition for the company. Culture can be a hard thing to scale.. scratch that it IS a hard thing to scale. Prevost didn't want to lose a grip on who they were in the midst of their growth. We helped them do exactly that. Prevost is now a proud Skyline company adding to its impressive nationwide reach.
